Constitutionally, where does it explicitly say, Congress can take from one group's earnings, and give to another group, regardless of their economic circumstances? I truly believe, this open admission by a United States Senator, could be considered <a href="http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/laundering" target="_blank">laundering </a>of tax-revenues from The National Treasury! And by achieving this through a Congressional Bill, screams of  legal cover, and a serious breach of trust with The American people! It also raises questions of discrimination of individuals and certain groups of citizens. I believe we should all be deeply concerned with these policies, and should potentially contact The United States Attorney General's office... as well as our local state Attorney Generals... as well as bringing more public awareness to this very issue. Even The President's (above comment) own words, is a confession that the practice of "redistribution of wealth" is not, and never was, granted by our Constitution; nor by The Supreme Court!
