Here is a video of Greta Van Susteren Interviewing Elizabeth Warren (chairwoman of the Congressional Oversight Panel) on how the government blew 78 billion tax dollars on The TARP Fund. As usual, Greta conducts a very good interview; I think that this interview adds a good deal of insight as to what may have happened. Mark

It seems to me that Greta, slightly and understandably, refrained from saying what she truly felt in this interview, however, her inference is pretty much, dead on. What went wrong, and why?
We keep hearing that the system would have collapsed had the government not injected The TARP Fund into the banks, however, without them disclosing "exactly" where the funds went, and how they were used, we can not begin to have this debate; nor can we trust the federal government again with large sums of money.
I know that Fox Business has a pending lawsuit against The Feds for full disclosure of this information, in accordance to The Freedom (FIOA) of Information Act, in regards to these funds. However, I do not know where it currently stands; nonetheless we do need to know, and we are entitled to know this information. http://www.hyperblogcafe.com/fbn-sues-the-governm…
If the government does not disclose this information, then they are breaking the very laws that they are instituting; what kind of precedence is that?

As Americans, we hold The Declaration of Independence as perhaps one of the most profound and treasured documents in all of American History; written by men such as Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin.
For those who have never really read it carefully, please read the below words…

Therefore, as a measure to ensure more accountability from our government, in the future; is it fair for us to ask…if a given result is not achieved, in a given amount of time, we will except the voluntary resignations of "each" person that signed this bill into law?
In reverse, if we are given full disclosure, and this enormous influx of money smooths out these problems, "and" that money is eventually returned to The Treasury, then "may be" (I am using that word loosely), we can then say, "our (public) trust in our government is restored".
