    Yes, I agree
    In fact, the lines to vote, in Philadelphia, were extremely small. This was the first time that I did not wait in line to vote.

    Do you believe that this incident had something to do with that?

    I have the phone number to The Election Board; just not sure what they can do, at this point.

    they are of course aware of the situation, and as you stated, I am not sure they can do anything about it now anyway.

    I just can not believe that was tolerated.

    That goes way be the level of tolerance.

    So many injustices..

    It is ashame
