    Patrick Henry’s famous quote “Give me Liberty, or Give me Death” comes to mind when I read this.

    Such profound words!

    Since then, we have won our Independence, however, I think that the above quote illustrates how the balance in power, is still so tilted; the less power (say) that the people have, then the more power that the governing body will assume.
