Once again I would like to congratulate our federal government for exercising extraordinarily great judgement…
Today, two F-16s, escorting President Obama’s Air Force (Boeing 747) One Jet, flew directly over New York City for a “photo-opp”, very close to the site of where The World Trade Center Buildings once stood.
Apparently, The Federal Aviation Administration approved of the flight, however, it seems that Mayor Bloomberg and the people of New York City, were not notified; subsequently leading to a bit of a panic.
Mayor Bloomberg, understandably, was ”very” upset. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,518112,00.html This really seems to defy any logical, or rational thinking.And here is Mayor Bloomberg…

Yep, it is good to know that our federal government has its priorities straight.
Next time, may be they will consider a graphic designer.

Well, apparently today, The director of the White House military office, Louis Caldera, has resigned over this mistake.
It is ashame, all people make mistakes and deserve second chances, however, this was a huge mistake that one has to ask, how he ever let this happen.
This story should be evidence that 911 is still raw and in the people’s minds; I wish that the administration would be a bit more sympathetic of this fact, on other fronts as well.
